Thank you for shopping with LeylaCrafts. We take great pride in creating high-quality handmade crochet bags. Because each item is handmade and crafted with care, we have established the following Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order with LeylaCrafts, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade nature of our crochet bags, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason related to customer preference or change of mind.
We do not offer refunds or returns if:
- You change your mind after placing an order.
- You no longer want the item.
- You order the wrong item, color, or style.
- You find the item elsewhere.
- The item does not meet your personal expectations despite matching the product description.
- The item was purchased as a gift and the recipient does not want it.
- You fail to read the product description before purchasing.
Please review all product information, photographs, measurements, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Handmade Product Notice
All products sold by LeylaCrafts are handmade crochet bags. Because each item is individually crafted by hand, slight variations may naturally occur.
These may include:
- Minor differences in stitching patterns
- Slight size variations
- Small differences in yarn texture
- Slight color variations due to photography, lighting, and screen settings
These variations are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
No Returns for Change of Mind
We want to be completely transparent regarding our policy:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
If you decide after purchase that you no longer want the item, the order will remain non-refundable.
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final and cannot be returned solely because the customer changes their mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

- Clear photographs of the item
- Clear photographs of the packaging
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
If we determine that the item was damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Send a replacement item
- Offer store credit
- Issue a partial or full refund
LeylaCrafts reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After reviewing your claim, we will work to correct the issue if an error occurred on our end.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
LeylaCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Couriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Natural disasters
- Other events beyond our control
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
Refunds will not be issued for orders affected by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LeylaCrafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and arrange secure delivery when possible.
Order Cancellations
Because production and order processing may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact LeylaCrafts before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns whenever possible.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in documentation being submitted to payment processors and financial institutions.
